What an amazing experience from the first time we met Frank until the replacement of our homes roof!! The crew was amazing in one day, they ripped the roof, replaced and made sure all was perfect before they left!!!!!!Highly recommend!!!
I don’t write many reviews. Exceptional service is deserving of my time to write a review. We used Weather Shield Roofing LLC for a new roof due to hail damage. The entire team was phenomenal in helping with a satisfactory install. Cory and Frank went to bat for us in working with the insurance adjuster. All damage to the roof was identified and the insurance adjuster was guided to the only logical conclusion, that we needed a new roof. Weather Shield did a fantastic job with support, planning, scheduling and coordinating of the installation of the new roof on our home. They additionally identified damages to our out buildings and worked with insurance to get the included in the insurance claim also. The roofing job went like clockwork. Everything occurred on schedule and there were no surprises. The cost was exactly as quoted, no deviations and no overage charges. The roofing crew was well managed and highly efficient. All residue was picked up, the grounds were walked and every errant nail was picked up. All shrubs and landscaping was protected with tarps and nothing was damaged. There was nothing for me to do but admire the finished product. The home ended up looking better than it did at new construction. The Weather Shield team has the work ethic that is longed for today but seldom found. A big thanks to Cory, Frank, Sean and Lisa for all their help.Note: this review is for a job done for us in 2024.Addendum. Moving ahead to Jan 2026 we added on to an outbuilding. We needed the same shingles to match. We contacted Weather Shield for help and Lisa reviewed their records and found the pattern we had used. But upon checking with all the lumber distributors in our area, that pattern / color was no longer available. We checked every where even call GAF corporate office who confirmed our color is discontinued and they have none in inventory. So I called Weather Shield and explained our dilemma. That is where things exceeded my expectation. Working with Lisa and Sean (the owner), they began a search. Within 30 minutes they located inventory that we needed and arranged for delivery to us less than 18 hours later. They are not the installers for this project. They just did this as part of their exceptional customer service, just to help us.Bottom line, Weather Shield is beyond 5 star rating but that is all Google allows.
We are extremely pleased with our new roof provided by Weather Shield Roofing! It was completed in 1 day and the grounds were completely cleared of any debris. The shingle color completely complements the exterior of our home. Our Sales Coordinator, Frank Stanton, was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He worked diligently with our insurance company for coverage of our damaged roof. Unfortunately our claim was denied but Frank provided us with a very fair price for the replacement. He was able to arrange for the replacement to be performed while we were away. Frank is an exemplary employee and a great representative of the company. We can't say enough about the quality of your company.
Had Weather Shield install a new roof on our newly purchased home in North Myrtle Beach. Frank our sales coordinator was absolutely terrific. Explained all our options and stayed with the project every step of the way. Installation went great. The crew was very friendly and efficient. Once they finished clean up was fantastic. Not a nail or scrap to be found. Recommended them to my neighbors who used them as well. Very happy with the service from start to finish. I would highly recommend.
Our roof experience with Weather Shield was exceptional due to the fact our roof experienced hail damage and if it was not for Sabrina and Brian who was doing a roof replacement down the street I would have not known the extent of damage to our roof. Their extensive knowledge of the roofing industry along with their working relationship with insurance adjuster they got our roof covered less our deductible. Their crew was respectful and did an outstanding job protecting all our shrubs and grass areas with a final cleanup of the nails and small debris using a magnetic pickup tool and blowers. I would highly recommend them for any roof projects that you need.
