Sonny was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was able to provide same day turnaround for an emergency after an ice dam caused a leak (on a saturday!) working into the night to get the job done before the blizzard. Extremely happy with the service and communication. Highly reccomend contacting Nutmeg for all roofing needs!
Waited for 2 hours - being told “in 20 minutes” twice after I inquired. Obviously, I was being given the run around as no company could “under estimate traffic” by 1 1/2 hours.My appointment was for after 4 not 4-6 and in texts’ If you think of any ‘ He Anytime doctor , I am out of my office company stated One other thing I remember it would be there about 4:30, then in another 20 minutes then another 20 minutes ….Company admitted in text that it had lied about being stuck in traffic. And became abusive when it learned I had filed a poor review. I will happily send copies of their admission and texts.
I needed a partial roof replacement after having a water leak during a storm. Sonny picked up the phone on the first call, came out to asses, gave me a quote and had me on the schedule for later in the week. Sonny and his crew were very easy to work with, answered all of my questions, and was very up front about the costs and any potential concerns. The job was completed in a timely manner and looked great. His crew did an excellent job cleaning up and taking care of my lawn/shrubs. Even was able to clean out some gutters as a courtesy. It was a pleasure dealing with Nutmeg Roofing.

That evening he came over to check out the job, we signed some paperwork, and 3 days later the new roof was completed. Sonny was very easy to work with, answered all of my questions, and was very up front about the costs and any potential concerns. His crew did a fantastic job- the roof looks great, and the cleanup was perfect, no debris or anything left behind. For something I had been worried about since I bough the house, Nutmeg Roofing made it very easy and hassle free!
