5 stars for communication, transparency of the process and execution. Matt and his team assessed our (old) flat roof which had leakage, and recommended a couple options. He did however recommend repair rather than all new roof which I thought was commendable, and the repair was done expeditiously. And since I wasn’t home when the work was done he kept sending photos to keep me posted on progress. And at the end I even got a little personalized video of the before-during-after photos which I thought was a great way to conclude a job well done.I’d recommend Pinnacle Roofing to friends.
I called Pinnacle Roofing for a second opinion after receiving an astronomical estimate for a skylight repair from another local company that insisted I needed to replace my entire roof. Matt assured me that my roof was in good condition and only needed repairs rather than replacing the entire roof. He came out for the inspection the day after I called, and began the repairs a day later, with the job being completed within 3 days of my initial call. Matt is very personable, knowledgeable, and honest with regards to the work that actually needs to be done. Several storms later and my skylight hasn’t leaked once.
