I needed to file a claim with my insurance company as i lost a whole bunch of shingles. i reached out to dryhome roofing they helped me with the insurance claim and did a wonderful job tarping the roof until they replaced it. great job overall
This company presented as a trusted company with great experience. They made it clear that they do not leave nails behind and use a magnet to pick them up. A few months after the roof was done, we had a leak and it caused a mark on the ceiling. They came and fixed it but we had to get the ceiling repainted. We have found over 50 nails on our driveway and deck in the past year and one punctured a car tire. We just had our eavestroughs cleaned and the amount of nails and pieces of shingles left on the roof and in the eaves was appalling. The roof was done over 2 years ago so it is very surprising that we had so much debris left over. We messaged the company to let them know and ask for some compensation for the eavestrough work as it took the people 3 times as long. The eaves people provided us with many pictures to show all the debris. The response was rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this company in the future.
