I can see why there are so many great reviews. These guys worked really hard the entire time and did an stellar job. They were polite and professional, a great team of people. But the most noticeable thing was how thorough they were in cleaning up the debris at the end of the day. They were clearly exhausted and yet they left the premises spotless. After waiting for approval by Intact and scheduling issues, the Mint Roofing worker arrived and spent the entire day replacing my damaged Eavestrough as planned.
The worker completed the entire project on his own after having pleasantly answered my questions.
He worked steadily until the job was completed and took great care of my surrounding gardens to not disturb them. He was pleasant to deal with and completed the work to my complete satisfaction.
Prior to this completion, I also had a number of pleasant contacts from Mint Roofing keeping me up to date on the plans for the project which had to be rebooked for scheduling issues.
In summary, I was very pleased with my choice to rely on the INTACT provider for this claim.
I would not hesitate to use Mint Roofing for any other related work.

Absolutely impressed with the service I received! From start to finish, Mint Roofing exceeded my expectations. After being recommended by several people, I reached out for a roof "tune-up," and it’s easy to see why they come highly recommended. The owner, Chris Knott, personally called me the same day I submitted my request. Shortly after, I was contacted by a project manager, and within 24 hours, two team members, Justin and Damien, were on-site. Both were professional, courteous, and reassured me that they would take the best care of our roof.

They worked diligently for about four hours, addressing every detail, no matter how small. From replacing and re-gluing loose shingles to fixing nail pops, they ensured everything was flawless. They even took over 50 photos, including before and after shots, which clearly demonstrated the remarkable transformation. The detailed report they provided is not only a great reference but also a valuable resource for insurance purposes.

When it’s time for a full roof replacement, there’s no question I’ll be reaching out to Mint Roofing again. Their expertise and professionalism set them apart from the average roofing company. Thank you so much for the outstanding service!
