Just a great experience from top to bottom. Kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. Answered any questions I had. Had them install a new roof and gutters. The crews were on time and professional. They did a great job. Thank you.

Chris and the team were excellent to work with. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and they were very accommodating when I had to change the repair date at the last minute due to another contractor getting sick. I really appreciated their flexibility and professionalism, and I would gladly recommend them.

Great experience with Chris and Jack. I had a leaky roof during recent heavy rains, Chris came out right away, gave me an honest assessment and competitive bid. Good communication throughout, new roof looks great. Would definitely use them again.

I had an amazing experience with USA roofing and waterproofing, from the start their team was professional, responsive, and respectful. The repair was done on time, as well as the quality of work was outstanding! they took the time to explain everything and left the area spotless when they finished.
The Owner Chris has been awesome as well. he was very helpful and easy to communicate with, he truly cares about his customers and the work being done. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or waterproofing services!

USA Roofing and Waterproofing did a wonderful job replacing my old roof with the new one. Chris, the owner, provided a detailed proposal so I knew exactly what would be done and provided options on shingle prices to meet my budget. Their color selection for shingles is wonderful and their online viewer lets you see how the shingles look with various paints on the house. The crew, lead by Enrique, worked a full 8 hours each day and left my front and back yards in wonderful condition; my yard looks better then I could imagine and they even cleaned the gutters of my maple tree and cypress tree leaves and pine needles! Jack, the operations manager, accommodated my request for a cash discount and was always pleasant to speak with, offering an upbeat personality and options on how best to get the cash to him. I highly recommend them.
