Rich S
Ryley MacEachern, and really the whole team at Southern Premier, delivered from start to finish.
Their communication was consistent, clear, and transparent the entire time. Every question I had was answered directly. No runaround, no guessing, no vague timelines. They showed up when they said they would, kept me informed throughout the process, and followed through on everything.
What stood out most was their professionalism and attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in their work. The quality of service they provided was top tier, and the final result reflects that.
If you're looking for a company that operates with integrity and actually does what they say they're going to do, Southern Premier is it. Highly recommend.

I have only great things to say about Southern Premier Roofing in Raleigh, NC. Brent in sales and Andres the crew chief were both very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They worked with our insurance company for the evaluation and saw it through to the end. The installation crew worked tirelessly for 2 x 12-hour days to make sure the job was completed and done correctly. They even did a great job cleaning up afterwards! Nice job Southern Premier!
Alexandra Messina
This is an amazing company. Very thorough and honest! The communication from Josh was great and Fabricio who did the repair was awesome. Very knowledgeable and super nice. Even though we were out of our warranty period, he didn’t want to charge us because he said it would be a simple fix. The issue was not related to the great work they did installing the roof originally. Not often that someone will take the time to come out for free! Highly recommend them for their stellar service!
