I had a fantastic experience with Frontline roofing. I got five different estimates ranging from $15,000 to $30,000. I compared reviews, products used, availability, communication with the company, reputation, and of course cost. All five companies that I looked at got great reviews, used top of the line products, and had friendly, if not pushy, salespeople. I was very thorough with my research/ When I finally decided to go with Frontline, and informed the other companies that I was going with the lowest bid, they all dropped their price to match Frontline in less than a minute. One of the companies wanted to charge $30,000 for the job and they dropped down to 15,000 without a hesitation. It really showed me how much price gouging is going on in this industry. But, not Frontline…they gave me an honest, straightforward, and quick bid on the job And stuck to it the entire time. They came in exactly at their bid, which was awesome. I have to say that working with this company was very satisfying. Jessica, who was my project manager, was very attentive to all of my questions and requests. She would email me or text me almost immediately, and that was great. Everything‘s organized and arranged perfectly and I booked them on a Thursday and they started the following Monday. I could not have asked for faster or better service. The team themselves are very confident, skilled and thorough and they did everything they were supposed to do to make my new roof the best that it could be. The team worked very hard for eight straight days. Including Saturday and Sunday. At the very end,, Luis, came out of the house and gave me a drone tour of all of the good work they had done. My roof looks fantastic and I’m so excited to get solar, which is coming soon. Great job Roofline, I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best deal out there with great service.and top of the line products. One more thing, they cleaned up every single day and left the job site spotless.
Everyone we worked with was excellent. Jessica was always efficient and responsive. She was very helpful and friendly. Gilbert went out of his way to assist us and responded to our questions with expertise. All of the workers were professional and courteous. We made an excellent decision going with Frontline and I am recommending them to others with roofing needs.
