Ok, If you read this to the end you'll see I did not have an initial good experience with these folks. However, after I posted this (they apparently monitor their reviews) Martin called. Essentially they said you're pissed and understandably . Let us make it right. Helped me get the roof reinspected as well as gutter and siding. As near as I can tell it was quality work (I'm in no position to inspect a roof). The roof got replaced in a decent time frame. The other work took some time and calls from me to find out what the hold up was. Overall it was a good experience with the noted caveats.Long story. Had lots of hail in the spring. Martin along with other contractors in area doing free inspections. Martin and one other contractor say roof needs replacing. Martin offers to be here to walk through insurance adjuster inspection. Insurance shows up -- no Martin. Martin calls says totally our fault sorry. Ok I let it go. Insurance says roof is in great shape. I call insurance they say have your contractor contact us. I call Martin. Martin says we need letter you'll get from insurance. I send letter Martin says we'll contact insurance via email and copy you. I never see this email. I call. They never return call. I text. They never return text. Kinda made me wonder about not being here when insurance did inspection. Maybe letting it go was not the right choice.I've been ghosted. I'd be very wary of dealing with these people.

From my first interaction with their Director of Operations set things off on a good note. She was very friendly and was able to promptly turn around a service request based on the needs described. Our sales Rep. Matt Tanner was able to quickly come over, assess the issues and provide recommendations. It was obvious that his experience helped him to truly be knowledgeable in the field while also helping me to understand the situation and needs. Throughout my time working with him, he was very communicative, professional, and friendly, and I never had to guess what was going on. I also got support from Rigo and Amanda throughout. Both stepped in to help ensure a great experience and prompt replies.Together the team delivered and fixed our issues with our soffits, fascia, chimney flashing, and shingles.It's not often that you get to deal with such friendly and professional folks - everyone really did a great job, and we couldn't be happier!!
I had the pleasure to work with Mike D. with having my roof replaced. From start to finish, Mike was professional, attentive, organized, and knowledgeable; I could tell he cared about the job. Mike helped pick out the color for the roof and would always give his opinion on what he thinks would look the best. He took care of the insurance process so I did not have much work on my end. The crew was very quick tearing off and replacing, and was respectful with our lawn and picking up all of their materials. I highly recommend Martin Exteriors and will use them again in the future if need be.

Martin Exteriors was referred to me by a friend who recently used them and had a fantastic experience. I reached out to Justin and Trish who were very responsive. We met and they stayed involved through the entire roof inspection process after we had hail damage. Any questions I had Justin and Trish responded to almost immediately.
