Great people and a very clear process from start to finish. Everything was well managed from the beginning and made sure we always knew what to expect. Everyone on the team was fantastic, from the estimator to the office staff, and communication was solid throughout.
The roof turned out beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. I also really appreciate that they’re locally based in the Salem area and have been for almost two decades. It gives me confidence knowing they’ll be around if we ever need anything in the future. Highly recommend Valley Roofing!

I wanted to write this letter of appreciation for Carlos at Valley Roofing. From the sale to the final product (a brand new roof), Carlos was there every step of the way, ensuring that everything went well. During the final inspection, Carlos found something that was not exactly right and sent Valley Roofing's crew to address the issue. Valley roofing was very cost-competitive and attentive to our needs. If you are considering a new roof, I would suggest you call Carlos of Valley Roof.

Valley Roofing was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. The job was completed quickly without cutting any corners, and the quality of the work truly speaks for itself.
They showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and left the site clean and well organized when they were done. It’s obvious they take a lot of pride in their work, and it shows in the finished product.
If you’re looking for a roofing company that is reliable, fast, and does amazing work, I can’t recommend Valley Roofing enough. We’re extremely happy with the results.
