We can't say enough about how good our experience was with Tower Roofing. The bid was reasonable, and the finished work was true to the bid. We had a complete roof replacement done and there were some areas, specifically the entire south side of the house, where the underlayment consisted of old wood shake shingles. These created a problem in demolition and required all new sheathing. In addition to that, our raised ceilings on half of the house (a 2004 project) now required additional space and thus, additional wood sheathing, to accommodate the nailing pattern. The crews doing the work were great. They cleaned up meticulously every day and finished on schedule. The newly installed roof is beautiful. 5 stars.

I had maintenance (caulking, painting at all root penetrations), cleaned gutters, covered all vented openings into attic space with 1/8" grid screen recommended for wildfire ember protection. The guys were punctual, polite, knowledgeable and reviewed the work to be done in advance, they were very conscientious in their work! I ONLY have Tower Roofing because they always help and care about what they do!
