Santa Monica Bay Roofing

The roofing crew was extremely professional, replacing both my house and garage roof in Santa Monica all in a single day! Kristopher and the rest of the team took special care to move my outdoor furniture and lights and made sure to put everything back exactly as it was. What really impressed me was how thoroughly they cleaned up—not just around my home, but they even checked the neighbors’ yards to make sure no debris was left behind. They also installed new gutter guards, which was a great bonus. It’s rare to find roofers who pay so much attention to detail. I am very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services in the area.

this roofing company is easily one of the most experienced i've come across. when i talked to asher about my roof, his deep understanding of different roofing materials and how they hold up in california's sunny weather made me feel confident i picked the right team. the crew worked smoothly together and, once the job was done, they cleaned up everything really well. i even saw erick, the installation manager, walk around my house twice to double-check that no debris was left behind. it's great to see a roofing company that cares enough to go the extra mile for quality work.

After a disappointing experience with another company, I scheduled an appointment with Santa Monica Bay Roofing to talk about siding options for my home in Santa Monica. I was a bit nervous at first, but as soon as Samuel arrived, he made me feel comfortable right away. He looked over my roof, patiently answered all my questions, and explained the different roofing materials available. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and Samuel was very clear about what would be the most cost-effective option for my budget. Although siding wasn’t the best fit, Samuel pointed out that my skylight was causing damage to the roof. I decided to move forward with replacing the skylight instead. He explained all the choices, went over the costs, and made sure I understood everything before I agreed. When the crew came out for the job, they were professional and efficient. Timothy led the team, and he made sure to show me photos of the damaged area, walked me through each step they would take to repair it properly, and explained the materials they would use. The price was fair, and there were no surprises. The new skylight looks fantastic, and the leak is gone. I’m really happy with the whole process and the quality of the work. If I ever need a full roof replacement, I’ll definitely call them again.
