They'll promise premium materials and installation. They even have a fancy presentation about the "quality" materials they use. They hire migrant workers to throw on a roof in a day. We spent 15000 and this is what it looks like a couple years later. Unmatched flashing to boot. We had three leaks that they had to come back and repair. Disgusted!Don't believe the veteran and senior discount either. I'm a 100% disabled veteran and nothing special was offered to me. I should've gone with another company.
This company installed a roof a year ago, it leaks in the same spot they claimed to fix. When I call they say they will be over to look at it next week. After 2 months now these clowns won’t answer the phone. When I talked to him he agreed the bubbles are due to improper installation but that they don’t cause leaks. He also said the have to inspect them “all the time”, maybe take some pride in your work.
I had a leak in my roof between the house and the attached garage. They ripped out a minimum number of shingles, installed water/ice barrier, all new flashing, and new matching shingles. Since there was not appropriate venting, they put a ridge vent on top of the peak. They also installed a large round, decorative vent above the 2nd floor in front of the house.James, the sales associate, was great to work with, as was Keith (coordinated the installation dates) and Garrett (oversaw the work and made sure the crew has what they needed).The work was done in a professional manner, and Carlos, the lead installer, was a pleasure to work with.I highly recommend Ally Roofing!
It is not very often that a company sits at your table and says look we are the best and because of that the prices may be a little higher. From that moment of honesty, I made my decision. That did not stop me from getting 8 other professional roofers on my house to hear them out. (Turns out not the best cost just as much)None of them offered the honesty, transparency, professionalism or frankly the job that Ally did. Some needed two weeks, some couldn’t get done all that I wanted, some had no finance options. From the start Ally said we can do everything you need and you deal with us. They showed me every payment option imaginable and quickly offered other options when they could tell I wasn’t looking for a long term investment, but just a little time. Then of course there is the consummate professionalism from the point person you meet from the beginning, mine was Justin, to the site workers and supervisors, my home was respected, my time was respected and my grievances were validated and rectified. This was a difficult decision surrounding essentially all you hold dear with your most important investment and it’s fair to say at times I was difficult. At the end of the day I got exactly what I wanted, but more than that I got the peace of mind that my roof is built by the best around. That’s something money cannot buy. Thank you Ally Roofing for being exactly what you said you would be. I think it’s important to note that this craftsmanship is under warranty and all of my services where completed in two days time.
Ally's quote came in at the best price I found. This made me skeptical of the service I would experience. HOWEVER, they were the most professional, kind, enjoyable crew I've ever worked with. They spent extra time on the details, explained what they were doing, and why they were doing it.
