rivera & sons roofing & remodeling showed a high level of professionalism and attention to detail when we needed our old roof replaced on our two-story home in converse. we wanted a quality GAF Timberline HD roof with a strong warranty, and they were certified to provide it. we liked that the warranty could be transferred and covered strong texas winds and protected against staining, which is important with all the trees behind our house. geoffrey, the sales contact, suggested we update our skylights at the same time as the roof to avoid future issues, and explained how all the parts of the roof, or “building envelope,” should be handled together for the best results. he also made sure our landscaping would be protected and told us about their thorough cleanup process, which i appreciated as someone who spends a lot of time gardening. earl, the project manager, gave us a clear overview of the process, explained how the materials would be delivered to our tricky driveway, and adjusted the schedule when the weather changed. collin, the installation manager, walked us through each step, covered the shrubs, took photos to keep us updated, and made sure we knew about all the safety procedures. after the job, he even gave us a tour to show how clean everything was—the yard looked perfect, with no stray nails or debris, and the plants were untouched. i noticed one of the crew members working non-stop to tidy up, using magnets for nails and keeping everything neat. our new gutters were also installed and are much wider than before, helping move water away more efficiently. the crew arrived on time, explained what they were doing, and left the area spotless when finished. i highly recommend this team—they treat your home like it’s their own and really care about every detail.

I quickly got a fair and reasonable quote for a complete roof replacement, and it was much more affordable compared to another company. The crew finished the roof in just over a day, even after finding some deck boards and chimney framing that needed to be replaced, which only took a little more time. Nolan and the team made sure to protect all our landscaping while they worked, and the cleanup afterward was very thorough. Everything was handled professionally, and I’m very happy with how my roof turned out. Highly recommend for anyone in Converse needing roofing work!
