There was some confusion with the invoicing and insurance payments at first, which caused me a bit of stress. I received an invoice that didn’t match what my insurance had paid, and it took several calls to sort things out. Communication about the insurance and payment process could have been clearer, and it would have helped to understand upfront how the deductible and coverage worked with the roofing contract. In the end, though, the company resolved everything and I received a check that covered the difference, making the whole process much easier than I initially expected. I appreciate how the staff ultimately handled the situation, and I’m satisfied with my new roof. I’d recommend this roofer for anyone needing repairs, but would suggest clearer communication about insurance and payments to make things even smoother for future customers.
