Andy's reviews speak for themselves. Almost all 5 stars, and I'd bet the anomaly is a competitor. Like everybody else says, Andy is knowledgeable, professional, does great work, has a great crew and backs up his work. He's great at communication, even checking in multiple times between quote and actual work, to make sure everything is on track and logistics are ready to go. I've just had my second roof done by Andy, and dread the possibility of him retiring before I do another one. Within my friends and family, there have easily been 15 roofs done by AAR since the early 2000's, and every single person still talks about how AAR is the best!

Andy fixed a few shingles that were seemingly damaged by another roofer who was telling us that our whole roof needed to be replaced. Andy took the time to explain and show us the difference about different shingles. He was professional, friendly and kind. He proved to be trustworthy, which seems to be rare in that industry unfortunately. We are relieved to have found somebody we can rely on if any further work is needed with our roof.
