I called J&B roofing for a leak in the roof that we could not find to patch. We are selling our house and explained that it was time sensitive, and they had someone out same day. The employees that came out were super thorough, climbing onto the roof and looking around inside. They explained what they suspected the issue was, advised what we should do to remedy it and what products we should buy, gave us several possible options. They did tell me how much it would be if we opted to have them do it (and it was considerably less than I expected) but were in no way pushy about it. We'd been going crazy thinking we found the problem only to find we were wrong when it rained again, and J&B Roofing helped us solve it quickly and effectively. Very happy with it
It’s hard to imagine a better experience with a roofing contractor than the one I had with J&B Roofing. Their field rep was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and their whole company delivered high-quality results quickly and affordably. I’d only call J&B Roofing again, and I’d highly recommend anyone else to do so too!
J & B have done two roofs for me- excellent price, and name brand product that is appropriate for the weather in MN. The crew is friendly, and left the workspace very clean afterward. They worked hard, and fast. Hilda handles communicating with the customers and provides VERY reasonable quotes; they keep it simple and straightforward! I found J& B to be very honest which is hard to come by in the roofing/ contractor industry. While sometimes it may take a few extra days for them to get back to you, it's worth the wait. They are a smaller, family run business and it shows in their pricing and craftsmanship. I highly recommend using them- they are very easy and pleasant to do business with. Thanks again, J&B!!!
Was referred to J&B and couldn’t be more happy! Hilda worked with us from estimate to completion. Extremely professional team that cared for our home while they were working on it from set up to clean up. Overall excellent experience! Would definitely recommend.
J&B did a wonderful job on my home, we had a new roof and gutters. My roof was completed first and gutters soon after. I made a special request for my gutter setup and the guys were very accommodating.
