Had to get my entire roof replaced after the shotty work that was previously done just 10 years ago. Received a couple of quotes and felt that I was being taken advantage of because I am a female. SOS showed up and came in at a fair price. They coverred every detail of what they would cover for the roof installation and laid out a couple of scenarios in case they ran into bigger issues with rotting plywood- which they found due to the previous contractor.They scheduled the work, came when the said, stayed late each night to get the work done and im very pleased. It feels nice to know that the work was done and im not going to have any nasty surprises lurking under the roof.

SOS replaced my roof last summer. The entire staff was great to work with from start to finish. The sales rep responded to me quickly and met with me in-person to provide an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The crew worked efficiently; I was amazed at how quickly they completed the project. They replaced the decking material that was damaged and installed high-quality underlayment's to properly protect my roof. The foreman on site answered all my questions and patiently explained everything to me. Dave, the owner, also stopped by personally while the crew was working and then again to do an inspection upon job completion and make sure I was completely satisfied with all the work the crew had completed. The entire process from start to finish went so much smoother than I anticipated it would. I am so excited to know that my new roof has a 50 year manufacturer warranty in addition to the SOS workmanship warranty. I would highly recommend SOS to anyone who needs a roof replacement - easy to work with, knowledgeable staff, great communication, efficient work!
