Gary & Liam did an amazing job on my ceiling and roof after there was water damage due to an ice storm. They treated my place and belongings with respect, and also got along great with my cat.My ceiling looks brand new, 10/10.

Historic Charm with Modern Protections –When we purchased a home built in 1923, we knew there would be a few projects that needed our attention, so we started at the top. When evaluating roofing companies, we want to be heard, we wanted to be understood, and most importantly, we wanted to feel secure in our decision and the outcome.Within moments of speaking with Wayne Rand of Westmax Roofing, we knew we had found our roofing partner. Wayne listened to what we needed and wanted; Wayne walked us through the process and offered his experienced perspective, which helped us save money on the project.We used Westmax Roofing for our primary home; they brought their commercial roofing expertise into the project, using newer products and applications. The onsite Forman Javier went out of his way to help us become more energy efficient by suggesting we add fresh ventilation to release trapped heat; they also improved our drainage system without tacking on additional charges.We were so pleased with Javier and his team's work while working on our central unit. We called them back a year later to put the roofing on the newly built office and lay down a protectant seal on both flat roofs; they also worked to match the terracotta tiles that run along the raised outline of our roofs.Yes, the quality of the work exceeded expectations, but it was how they did it that has left an impression; they were clean, on time, great communicators, and competitively priced.

Westmax took roofing services to another level when they completed a new tile and new flat surface install for us. We have at least 300 occupants at our property and this is their home. The daily effort that went into respecting each resident and their home was unbelievable. The smile it brought to my face when I would see everyday safety meetings with their crew, safety vests, hard hats, caution tape, safety monitors. Speaking with residents and hand walking them clear to safe zones was unexpected. The continuous effort to go above what is common in the construction industry as customer service was overabundant! The company runs as a great team, the leadership and teachings of Wayne and Gary are lived and breathed by all who I came in contact with. I want to say in 17 years I have not felt with any other company regarding any other service the peace of mind the stress free time while the roofs were going on. It was a pleasure to see them everyday knowing what to expect and knew the unexpected was already going to be in awesome hands.
