Customer feedback frequently highlights responsive communication and help navigating insurance claims, with several noting patient explanations and follow-through after installation. Many reviews mention efficient scheduling, clean job sites, and roofs finished to current codes. A smaller number cite punch-list issues on workmanship that were identified after installation, pointing to the importance of clear final inspections. Overall sentiment trends positive with appreciation for professionalism and support during hail-related projects.

Juan Leon on Cable's Roofing

I hired Cable’s Roofing for a full roof replacement along with new gutters and gutter guards. While the roof is in good shape now, the overall experience was disappointing due to several avoidable issues in workmanship and communication.

After installation, an independent inspection revealed multiple problems: a missing section of gutter guards, exposed nails, a cracked shingle, nails not fully driven in around the gutters, and underlayment installed incorrectly (not over the drip edge per manufacturer guidelines). The project manager also stated on video that had they known mine was a cash job, they would have removed the old gutters first before installing the roof. Because they assumed it was an insurance job, they installed the roof first, which directly caused the underlayment issue. I found that extremely concerning.

Cable’s did eventually correct everything I pointed out, and I appreciate that. However, the way concerns were handled left a bad impression. When Andrew came to review the issues, he was defensive from the start. Instead of acknowledging the missing gutter guard section, he asked if I thought they were trying to cheat me out of eight feet of material. When I mentioned the underlayment/drip edge issue, he responded with a sarcastic comment about refunding me $3 per foot. Caleb, the salesperson, repeatedly compared my home to “multi-million-dollar properties,” which felt irrelevant and unprofessional, and he stopped responding after my initial concerns. Macy communicated well early on, but I was told Darren would follow up in November and never heard from him.

To be clear, the final product is good — no leaks, and the roof looks solid. I believe Cable’s does quality work for most customers. Unfortunately, my experience fell into the small percentage where mistakes happened and the communication and professionalism didn’t match the company’s reputation.

Complete re-roof post hail damage. Excellent service and workmanship all the way through. They worked closely with my insurance company and explained the process (many times) to us from start to finish.

From the first meeting to the final follow up with insurance company to make sure my insurance premium was reduced, everyone at Cables worked for us.

We ended up with a superior roof, up to current codes, in a quick and efficient manner. Only expenses we we incurred were our deductible plus a small charge (our choice) for installing the class 4 (higher wind and hail rating). The upgrade was our choice and the cost for that pays for itself after three years in premium savings, which was a no-brainer for us.

Took a process I was dreading and turned it into something which increased the value of our home.

I recommend Cables Roofing without reservation.

Doing business with Cables Roofing was a pleasure. From start to finish I have no complaints. Everyone involved is courteous, professional and caring. I did an upgrade on my roof and received a significant premium discount on my homeowners insurance. I can't say enough about Caleb and Kristi. They are excellent at what they do. My roof looks great! Thanks to the crew who put my roof on. Thanks guys!

Working with Cable's Roofing was a great experience. They have put roofs on two income properties and a personal home for me. I was very pleased at the quality workmanship and attention to detail on all three. An added benefit I did not expect was the excellent work of Kristi Poe dealing with one of my insurance carriers. She really went to work when one of the adjusters was being very difficult. In the end I got a beautiful roof with all new gutters and all I paid was my deductible. Without her dedication and persistence I'm sure I would have paid a lot more. Cable's will always be my "go to" roofing company.

This company was such a a blessing to our family. Our roofing situation got a little complicated along with unavoidable life circumstances. Cable's stepped in and patiently helped us each step of the way. Michael the adjuster was super kind and accommodating to our schedule. Kristi Poe went above and beyond even after the job was finished. She helped us get an additional discount with our insurance company! What a huge blessing! All of the ladies I talked with in the office were so kind and helpful! Highly recommend Cable's roofing!
