Hammer ConRoof's Upland was great to work with for our roof repair. I found them online after our insurance company was only somewhat helpful with the claim. Francis called me back within an hour after I sent my first message about the roofing work. Francis handled the whole process from there, including helping coordinate gutter repair and solar panel service so everything moved smoothly. When I could not reach my original solar company, Francis shared contact information for another one, and that ended up working out really well. I was able to ask questions anytime during the project and always got a fast reply. The roofing estimate was fair, clear, and honest, with no pressure. The finished roof work looks excellent, and the crew completed the job in just one day while keeping the property clean and organized. What could have turned into a stressful roofing problem became a simple, smooth experience that saved me a lot of time and effort. If strong wind or storm damage affects my roof again in Upland, I would definitely call them back.

Mike came out and took care of the problem, installing new shingles and rubber roofing exactly where it was needed. He was easy to talk to, friendly, and always made sure to explain everything so I could understand what was happening. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and am confident about working with them again for any future roofing projects. We had a fantastic experience working with our roofing company. Ricky kept us updated every step of the way, communicating clearly and honestly about the whole process. He really listened to what we needed and made sure everything was handled smoothly, including dealing with our insurance. Ricky was hands-on, supervising the entire roofing project from start to finish. The crew did a top-notch job fixing our roof, as well as working on our gutters, window screens, and garage door. They managed to get everything finished in just one day, and made sure to clean up all the debris when they were done. Several years ago, I hired a local roofing crew in Upland for repairs and roof coating on my house, and the results were outstanding. Later on, I decided to try a different roofer because their price was a bit lower, but that ended up being a poor choice—the work was messy, took too long, and didn’t hold up well in the California heat. Recently, I went back to the first roofing team for another roof recoating, and once again I was very pleased. Communication throughout the process was excellent, they arrived on schedule, and finished the job cleanly and quickly—much faster than the previous company. After the job was done, Francis, the foreman, returned to inspect the work and noticed a couple of small spots that needed a little more attention. The crew came back the next day and took care of everything right away. Next time I need roofing work in Upland, I won’t think twice about calling them again. Highly recommend their professional and dependable service.

After speaking with a few architects, I learned that G.A.F. Timberline HDZ shingles are a great choice for a long-lasting roof. I wanted to make sure my new roof would be done right the first time, so I got several quotes for the G.A.F. HDZ Timberline shingles with the Gold Pledge warranty to make a fair comparison. Some companies gave me much higher estimates, and one of them didn’t even include a full layer of ice and water shield, which is important for low slope roofs like mine. The crew I went with included the weatherproofing across the entire roof and offered the best price. The roofers were very professional and did excellent work. Francis was especially helpful and patient with all my questions, even though I like to do a lot of research before making big decisions. My new roof looks fantastic, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. I’ve already recommended this roofing company to friends and family because they know I always do my homework before hiring anyone. Great job all around!
