They did an amazing job on our siding and downspouts. Our 40 year old home looks brand new. Mitch, our sales rep was wonderful from day one. He worked with our insurance, was patient and made the process easy. Overall, the clean up was good and they performed the job in a timely manner. It has been 2 months since the project and there are no concerns we noted thus far. If you want siding done, 123 was great.

123 Exteriors came around in the late spring and discovered that we had hail damage from a storm in April. Austin was our contact, and he made the process of getting a claim filed with our insurance company so easy! He was excellent at explaining our choices for products and what our out-of-pocket expenses would be (and there were no surprise charges). We had our roof, siding, and gutters/downspouts all replaced within a couple weeks time. The installation crews were efficient, friendly, and respectful of our property.We couldn't be happier with the updated exterior on our 40 year old home. We highly recommend using this company!

I had a good experience with 123 Exteriors. They said they will install the roof in one day, and if needed, they will come back to tie up loose ends...and they did. Minor issues occurred during the installation, which they were able to fix the following week. Good crew of workers were sent to perform the roof removal and replacement. The company took responsibility for any unforeseen issues that needed to be fixed. Sean, the project manager was on site much of the time during installation. He also came to check if the work was being completed at a good pace, and he did final inspections when the work was finalized. Adam, the salesman for the roofing job made himself available when I needed him to check on a work order, and he was able to delegate tasks to his crew, when necessary. I felt as though they were taking good care of me - the customer, and they valued my business.

My amazing lead contractor, Nate, explained everything I needed to know carefully and clearly, and he worked seamlessly with my insurance company. The teams that did each job were friendly and efficient, plus they cleaned up the yard carefully when they finished. They also were careful around my flowerbeds, which shows an extra level of respect. The excellent workmanship of those teams has withstood windstorms, snow storms, and heavy rain, performing perfectly. I continue to recommend 123 Exteriors to anyone I know who is getting work done on their house.

Brennan and team did a great job on our full siding replacement. I was unsure of the process, working with our insurance company, but it was all seamless and straightforward. The crew worked extremely fast and cleaned up well. After install, I noted a few imperfections, and also requested they relocate a seam that was in an obvious spot. All was taken care of to our satisfaction. Will recommend to our friends and neighbors. 50 year old siding is gone and the house looks wonderful!
