We signed a contract with Eagle, wherein they write that they would get the apply and pay for a permit from the local municipality. The local inspector called a week after the job asking me why we hadn't gotten a permit. So, I spoke to Eagle Roofing and Chris promised to get the permit right away - after the fact. But then the inspector called again a couple weeks later to say the permit is still outstanding. Now, Eagle doesn't answer my calls...
