Kris and his team were wonderful! They did an excellent job and were very efficient and got the job done in a day and a half. Kris is very well priced and ensures you know the cost behind every dollar. I have recommended him to friends already and will use for any future needs!

They provided the most detailed quote and the pricing was transparent-we knew the cost of the materials and the labor. The roof was replaced in only a day. They cleaned up thoroughly and were respectful of the home. We found a small issue and they quickly came out and fixed it. We are very pleased and recommend Affordable Roofing.

Kris and his crew were perhaps in the top 5 contractor I’ve dealt with in the past two decades. I manage multiple properties and have worked with many contractors, but Kris and the Affordable Roofing team are exemplary and clearly stand out as one of the best. Kris responded to my initial call within the same day, making time for the initial estimate the very next day, which was a Friday. He then sent me both the aerial analysis of my roof, mapping the exact square footage and then used an easy to understand report which calculated a near exact estimate. Moreover Kris had his insurance company send his proof of insurance that day as well. The materials supplier, Superior Distribution out of Wilmington, NC, was equally professional and easy to work with. They were able to get the materials to the site the very next day and the Affordable Roofing team adjusted the schedule to get the entire job done that day. His crew on site was friendly, efficient, and thorough, from the removal of the old roof, the installation of the new one, to the very detailed clean up and removal of the debris. All around The Affordable Roofing team did an exceptional job for a great price. I highly recommend this company if you’re needing your roof replaced or repaired.
