The quality of the work was excellent; the crew knew what they were doing. I paid more than I expected to pay for the roof - I was planning on filing an insurance claim but Atlantic Roofing did not recommend that. The positive was that the company was able to start work promptly, did a very good job and finished on time.
The whole process of getting a new roof and the grant from NC went very smoothly because of Todd. The crew started the roof about three weeks after we were approved for the grant, and the crew did a great job and followed the requirements for the new fortified roof. I paid the down payment which was what was over the $10,000 grant. Upon completion everything again went smoothly to approve the work that had been done.
