I highly recommend Patriot Roofing Company for any roofing needs! We worked closely with Wyatt who was super responsive, efficient, and professional. After insurance/payment stuff was sorted out, our roof replacement was started quickly and completed even faster. Not only was it quick, but looks great! Wyatt was great about working with us and with our neighbors to communicate throughout the process and keeping things clean and tidy for us all. We ended up hiring them for a small porch project shortly after as we were so impressed and their great work and professionalism was super consistent as that project was completed without any issues as well. Couldn't have asked for a better team to get this work done!

Patriot Roofing Company replaced our roof along with miscellaneous additional repairs. Our experience was excellent. Matthew Melton was always responsive, helpful, and considerate. He is exceedingly knowledgeable and a good communicator. He managed all of our interactions with the insurance company, so we paid only our deductible. He and his team accommodated our scheduling needs, and they were extremely efficient. The quality of the work was great. We have nothing but good things to say about the job they did and the help they provided throughout the process. We would think of them first when considering future projects.

They provided a great roof at a very reasonable price and their crew worked too hard. It was done within 6 days due to rain, otherwise it would’ve been maybe 3 days, but this blew my mind. Job well done, I will HIGHLY recommend Patriot Roofing to anyone who needs a roof, these guys are experts. One of the best decisions I’ve made in terms of updating my old house.

Brannon Walters, Project Specialist with Patriot Roofing managed the installation of 9 fortified roofing systems in our community on the riverfront in Wilmington, NC. I would highly recommend Brannon and the Patriot Roofing team. They did an excellent job! Brannon went above and beyond to assist our HOA Board of Directors and homeowners. He provided a detailed presentation at our homeowner's association meeting explaining the installation process, materials used, cost of the project and answered all questions by the homeowners. This presentation enabled the homeowners to make an informed decision when voting to move forward with Patriot Roofing. Patriot Roofing offered the best product at the lowest price researched by the HOA Board. They completed the project several weeks prior to the initial timeframe established. Brannon also attended the Historic Preservation Commission Committee meeting in Wilmington with HOA members to explain to the committee the type of shingle and roofing system that Patriot Roofing would be installing and received the required approval from the committee to move forward. The installation crew was extremely courteous and did an outstanding job working from sun up to sun down each day until the job was finished. At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up to make it easy to enter our homes and eliminate any tripping hazards. The NC Joint Underwriters Association recommended the fortified roof since we live in a coastal community and we are very pleased with our decision to have Patriot Roofing do the installation.

Our roof was original to our house built in 2001. We definitely wanted to replace it with a fortified roof and, after receiving the Strengthen Your Coastal Roof grant, we began our request for bids. Tyler Morse with Patriot Roofing came to our house the same day we requested a quote and gave us bids for three different manufacturers. That was a major deciding factor, that we could use one roofing company and choose from different shingle manufacturers. Color and style was a big part of the selection as well as warranty and fortification. We considered GAF, CertainTeed & Owens-Corning. After watching multiple YouTube videos and reading hundreds of reviews, we chose Owens-Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles in Quarry Gray. Tyler helped arrange financing and worked with us every day while we picked our roof color and got on the schedule. We met Tyler on Nov 6, spent the next week researching and picking a color and had a complete new roof at the end of the day Nov. 18. Tyler touched base with us every day. The day of our tear off and install the Patriot crew arrived before 7am and the (large!) team worked almost nonstop tearing, cleaning, clearing and nailing, cleaning, clearing and hauling. We had a complete beautiful, new roof by 6 pm. We have a 3400 sq ft single level ranch style house with peaks and valleys and the crew did it in ONE day ?? One of the crew was able to do a small amount of sheet rock repair on our ceiling and it is invisible. We have two concentric pipes for venting high efficiency gas furnaces and Patriot was able to replace our vent caps with new ones (thank you Eddie) They do it all. everything on our roof is ready for the next 30, 40, 50 years. Bring on the storms, we’re ready with our Owens-Corning fortified roof. I won’t be around for the next replacement, but I would call Patriot Roofing first and never doubt my choice.
