Communication was outstanding throughout the process. They kept us informed, answered all of our questions, and made everything very clear and straightforward. Payment was simple and hassle-free, which we really appreciated. They started the project exactly when they said they would and completed the job on schedule. The quality of workmanship is top-notch — the new metal Fortified Roof looks fantastic and gives us great peace of mind. What really stood out was how clean they left the job site. When they finished, everything was immaculate — you wouldn’t even know a major roofing project had just taken place. From start to finish, the installation of our FORTIFIED roof was handled with professionalism, transparency, and true attention to detail. Ben, the program manager, was outstanding. He clearly explained the FORTIFIED process, kept everything on track, and was always available to answer questions. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job the right way, not just getting it done. Maggie made the paperwork side incredibly smooth. The FORTIFIED documentation can be overwhelming, but she handled everything efficiently and kept us informed every step of the way. Her organization and responsiveness made a big difference. And Ian, the owner, truly sets the tone for the entire company. His involvement and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction were evident throughout the project. When the work was completed, I could tell they knew what they were doing. They even took care of a few things that were noticed during the job that were not part of the plan. I understand how important it is to find qualified tradesmen these days. Summit gets high marks from me.

I want to thank Ian (co-owner) and the team at Summit Roofing for their excellent work on my new roof. The roof looks fantastic, great color recommendation (cobblestone grey), and tremendous workmanship (see pics). In addition, the team replaced some areas of wood rot and damaged siding around my chimney and front porch (included in scope of project) and then painted it with a matching color for a nice finished look. I also appreciate being able to schedule the install while I was out of town and the staff working with the insurance provider on reimbursement. Beyond the roof, I want to thank Ian for being timely in responses, genuine, fair, and professional in all of our interactions. I would definitely recommend Summit for your roofing needs.
