Reviews
What customers say
Several customers describe Roger or the crew as friendly, pleasant or courteous. One homeowner praised the crew's care during roof tear-off; another says the property was left cleaner and the company came out the same day after a roof concern, which turned out to be an object on the roof rather than a loose shingle. A customer reports a leaking skylight after the work, an unprofessional crew and poor communication.

Roger was great to work with. He was friendly, promptly available to help, and asked a fair price. We will definitely use his services again, if ever needed.

I have used Superior Roofing twice. They replaced the roof on my house and repaired the roof on my shop. They came out the same day I called for a free estimate both times and were able to get me on their schedule the following week. Roger, the owner, and all his workers were friendly and pleasant to deal with. They did great work and at a very reasonable price, much better than the other companies I called for an estimate. They guarantee their work too so if for some reason you have any issues they will come right back out and fix it. I recommended them to a friend who also needed a roof replacement and they are very pleased as well.

Roger and his crew did a superior job on our new roof! We went from old cedar shank to shingle. There were lots of colors to choose from. They were very precise and fast efficient workers, also very respectful of my surroundings with the demo of old roof. I highly recommend them as the pricing was also very generous. ????

I wish we had listened to the other bad reviews. Had a leaking skylight after their work. Crew was unprofessional and communication was terrible. Overall, poor experience and do not recommend.

After getting four quotes from different roofing companies I decided on Superior roofing. From start to finish their professionalism and attention to detail was impeccable. I voice a couple of my concerns in regards to my roof and their response was no problem, we will make sure everything is taken care of. And they did. A couple days after the job was completed, I contacted them again with a concern I had in regards to the roof. They came out the same day, turns out it was something that had landed on my roof, and not a loose shingle at all. Although I was having my roof replaced, my neighbors commented on how quiet this company was. So in addition to being extremely courteous to the neighbors, providing an excellent customer service experience for me, they also left my property cleaner than it was when they arrived. I highly recommend this company to anybody who has any sort of roofing needs. You will not be sorry and you will be singing their praises just as I am. Thank you again Superior Roofing. You truly are superior
