Called them for an estimate on a ridge cap repair. Asked them to bring a tarp because I needed a section tarped. Came out and looked. Claimed to have forgotten nails for the tarp. Told me he would be out the next day to tarp it. Never showed. Waited over the weekend to call again. I was told by end of day or next day. Again no one showed up. I called one last time. I was told by end of the day.. I was also sent an invoice. If you guessed that no one showed up yet again.. you’d be correct. At that point I called elsewhere. Funnest part was a few days later I got a text asking when I was going to pay for the tarping… that never happened. Horrible.
