From the very first conversation, the entire team was professional, transparent, and incredibly supportive. I was kept in the loop at every stage, and communication was consistent and clear — which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

Process was straightforward and had good communication while designing the system. During install the installation team did not communicate as well. Some simple communication during install would have avoided some problems. The problems were resolved in the end and is probably because they were trying to work too quickly at the end of the year to meet customer requests to be able to get tax credits.
