I had a great experience with Better Tomorrow Solar. The sales, install, and support teams were all responsive and helpful. My equipment was just recently installed, so I'm a new user, but so far everything has been working seamlessly. I definitely recommend working with Better Tomorrow Solar!
Process was straightforward and had good communication while designing the system. During install the installation team did not communicate as well. Some simple communication during install would have avoided some problems. The problems were resolved in the end and is probably because they were trying to work too quickly at the end of the year to meet customer requests to be able to get tax credits.
