Five stars are not enough for Lighthouse Solar. Not only are they professional, courteous, and respond quickly, they really go above and beyond. We unfortunately had our solar installed by a company that went out of business and completely stopped returning our calls and emails, regardless of our warranty status. Enphase referred us to Lighthouse Solar to try to resolve our issue. Not only did they resolve our issue, they did it quickly. I cannot attest to how their pricing compares to others, but their workmanship and professionalism are worth it, even if someone else could offer the service for less. So thankful we were referred to Lighthouse Solar. They have found a lifelong customer in us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Getting solar really can be tough....I did ALL of the research I possibly could, spoke to a dozen companies, and spent so much time.In the end, I felt comfortable and confident going with Lighthouse. They were clear, they were fast, they were honest, they were real... and now I have a great looking solar system on my roof.Now, to the 'consultant' portion. Rich Adams for president! I was going to put all of my panels on the back side of my house, and would need 10+ more panels to get the same performance. Honest answers, honest feedback, and recommendations for where we should put our panels. ON THE FRONT SOUTH FACING ROOF!And guess what, it looks amazing. Lighthouse did an amazing job communicating what was happening and when, used great materials, and now my system is up and running and my house is getting all the solar credits!!!Highly recommended!
Had a great experience with Lighthouse, highly recommended!Having gone through several quotes with different solar providers, Lighthouse had the best pricing, made it easy for me to design a system that best fits my energy consumption needs, and understand the tradeoffs between choosing each option (Enphase IQ vs Tesla Powerwall 3 for example). Last summer I began looking into prospective contractors for a solar panel and battery system for my home. Lighthouse Solar stood out as reliable, fair and trustworthy, and their installation agreement was straightforward and in plain English. Dale has managed my project and has been superb in guiding the design, regulatory and installation phases. The equipment installation team were amazing to watch, and the electricians are top notch. In about five months from start to finish, we’re now awaiting inspection and approval by Austin Energy and hope to be generating power soon. Locally owned and grown - - and a proven success story, Lighthouse has met all of my expectations and more.
