I’ve had my system for 2-1/2 years now. It produces enough power that I only get a basic delivery charge from my electric company. Had one minor glitch in that time and infinity resolved it in just a day or two— no charge. I’m a happy customer.
Great experience, great reps, brandon and Peter are awesome . Infinity are really great solar installers, ( ive worked in the solar field ) so i truly do know. Also had super good roofing install. Great experience with those guys too. So I got a new roof included with the solar deal. My monthly payment will still be the same as before but only because of the new roof included. Otherwise it would have been lowered significantly. And my bill wont keep going up every year. !!!! I live in prineville Oregon. One thing anyone should look at in the contract with ANY solar company is who owns the rights to the excess power. Read your contracts and ask questions people.Ben lopez. was great with customer service support. Great guy very helpful and patient.
Customer Service from rep Riz was great. Having a bugger of a time getting S-Miles monitoring app to work, but Riz is patient, kind and gives great direction. I am confident I will eventually be able to monitor my system with Riz on the case.
We are mostly happy with the service from beginning till the end. The only thing that we did not like about our solar was that it created a bird problem under the panels. That is something I think the company should take care of as bird's nest under the panels will destroy the roof and the panels themselves. We had to hire an outside company to basically put in barriers to keep that from happening. Not something I knew would be a problem until we had them. Other than that we are please with company and product.
Infinity did a wonderful job with our new solar! Michael was a pleasure to work with through the processI was concerned about how solar would look on my house, but we have the most beautiful system I've seen!My husband took photo's from the roof, they went so far as to hide the wires and cover the ends of the metal bars on the parts you can't even see from the streetWe've never had work done on our home that didn't have road bumps. This was no exception, but we feel very pleased and taken care of by how quickly and easily Infinity resolved the minor hiccups that happened along the wayI cannot recommend them enough if you want a beautiful solar system and an easy construction process
