Customer feedback is mixed, with notes about professional, on-time service and courteous communication on successful installations. One recent detailed review describes extended delays and challenges on a rural project. Positive comments highlight workmanship and responsiveness from individual installers. Overall ratings reflect both strong experiences and a significant outlier concerning project timelines.
I cannot recommend this company. It has been quite a saga. I signed a contract with Go Solar Power on 9/26/2024 to install a 23.52KW solar system at my rural farm. Today is 10/9/2025 and the system is still not operational. My farm is in rural Alabama and is heavily treed except for a 15 acre area next to my farm house. It is a mile off the asphalt down a dirt road. No road name nor signs. Cell service is spotty at best. I am usually at the farm most every weekend but live in a nearby city about 80 minutes away. The first inclination I had that this company was poorly run was when their "engineer" came to identify the best place to locate the panels. If this guy was an engineer then I am an astronaut, which I clearly am not. He was filthy, smelled awful as was his associate and it was quickly apparent he was no engineer. All that could easily be overlooked except he decided to located the panels directly behind a bank of trees that shade the panels for several hours in the morning. Realize, I have a 15 acre cleared area with an unobstructed view to the south. This made no sense to me. I even took pictures of the roped off area showing the shaded areas and sent them to the "project manager."When I raised this issue with the "project manager" he had the temerity to tell me he had notes that indicated that I wanted the panels installed in that location. Complete horse poop. I have a degree in literature and can barely change a light bulb and know zero about solar energy other than the panels need to face south and have plenty of sunlight. I knew then that is was going to be a fecal show with this company.Sure enough, with one day notice, I learned the installation folks were coming Thganksgiving week to install and would need to cut power to my farm for several days. I left an out of town wedding early to get there to let these folks onto my property. As I had previously explained to them, the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas are family gathering weeks at my farm for hunting and fishing and good food and fellowship so cutting power was not an option. We worked that out with them doing a partial installation Thanksgiving week and finishing it the following week. Sure enough, the trouble continued. Despite having a map of my location as well as a pin on a map, installers got lost multiple times, lost delivery drivers, an installation crew that didn't speak English and did not call LINE LOCATORS before digging. Even though the power to my farm house runs underground from the power pole to my house and the panels would be in that direct line. They dug directly over the Alabama Power line. I was shocked at that recklessness and it is a true blessing that no one was killed or injured. They dug up my water line and poorly repaired it. I had to have it dug back up and properly repaired.Whatever the installers did when hooking the power lines up to the house and the power pole did not meet Alabama Power"s specifications. They have been back several times. Once I got a call that an installer was there (no prior notice) and was looking for a part they had sent via UPS. I explained for the 10th time that there is not way for UPS to get to my farm unless I am there and leave the gate unlocked. He left and drove back to Florida. They shipped the box to my office and I drove it down the next week but sure enough, the guy showed up a few weeks later and actually brought the part from their office so I have an extra part in a box in my barn.To add insult to injury, this summer I received a call from the "project manager" to goad me for not paying the last contract payment of $27k. He had no clue the system was not operational and that the payment wasn't due until it was operational. Still not generating power. It is unbelievable.

Great service, very professional and on time. Mr Lucas Ferraz worked very hard to install our system. I highly recommend their services
