This company is a SHAM! I've had solar now for 10 months and my bill dropped by only $50 a month. At that rate it would take 45 years to break even on this system. The company sells you by telling you that your electricity bill could pretty much get to $0 plus a few fees and taxes each month. I have emailed and sent over my electricity bills just like they asked from the last 6 months and still no response back from Sun Power Pros. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Save your money.Response back. Yes, I did place a swimming pool in which you knew before you installed. My swimming pool was winterized in September so for the months of October, November, December and January there has been no electric going to the pump. So explain to me why electric bill has still averaged $175 per month and not $10 per month as you said it was going to be.
I was very impressed with our system installation (14 panels and a battery) and with the team that accomplished it. The installation was executed without any difficulties, and it was completed much faster than I expected. They easily handled the idiosyncrasies of a 64-year-old home. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. I didn’t interact with everyone on the team, but those I did speak with were friendly and happy to answer any questions, even those not directly related to the installation.
Solar Power Pros (SPP) is an exemplary business in a very competitive space. Their secret sauce is the customer service and respect for both consumers and employees. Every person from SPP I spoke with was appreciative of the owner and managers. This spans the workers from the roof crew, the electricians, specialists to assist with design, installation and inspection support, and including billing and office support. This kind of attitude drives quality service. SPP was relentless in completing our installation before the end of the year to maximize our rebate options. I cannot recommend them more highly!
We had a great experience with Solar Power Pros. I'm so glad we were able to utilize them after our former solar company went out of business. We were left with a faulty system that was not working at capacity. Carl and his team worked diligently to rectify the issue. We also opted for them to install Critter Guard on our system.
