We recently had our roof and solar done by Alive Industries. From day one every employee was professional, respectful and timely. They walked us through their part of the job and answered every question we had without hesitation. Their prices were competitive with the big companies but the service they provided was better. This is my second home that I’ve purchased solar on and I wish I had gone with Alive Industries the first time. Give them a call, you won’t regret it.
Jesus, the service manager at Alive Solar came out to check our Tesla Powerwall set up and gateway after I found them off of the Tesla site as a qualified service provider. Tesla customer service is abysmal and this is coming from someone (me) that worked for Tesla for seven years. Our power was continuously shutting off - and I mean the entire home, over and over. This would happen throughout the day and night, creating a lot of stress for our family. Dad is on a CPAP machine and has a bad heart, and his machine was shutting down. Also, I could smell a slight burning smell from the Gateway switch box which wasvery alarming. After attempting to get anyone from Tesla to take this matter seriously I practically gave up. In comes Jesus and Alive Solar & Roofing. Jesus, after learning about my dad's CPAP as well as the smell that the switchbox was giving out, he arrived the very next morning. It only took him a few minutes to figure out what the issue was. I/we are incredibly grateful to him and the company he represents. He really went out of his way to help us out and was super easy to communicate with. Very friendly, professional and an expert in what he does and genuinely cares. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I have been through a lot of various contractors over the past few years and this is one of the best experiences we've had. Thank you for your help! I really mean that.
Its rare to see a busines owner who puts fourth possitive energy without expecting a return. I spoke to Adam the owner of Alive Solar and Roofing about my home and what my options were. Since our solar panels are leased I don't have many options. Adam still offered to have me bring in my Electric bill suggesting ways I could reduce my bill just by making some small changes. His knowledge and understanding of the power company and power technology is invaluable. He is an expert in the field and loves to help people just because he can. If you even considering Solar Adam and Alive Solar & roofing is the call you should make. You will be glad you did.
I had ALIVE Solar replace a solar inverter that another company installed. They did a great job! They were very experienced, knowledgeable, efficient and fast. They scheduled the installation for the next day, since they have the same inverter in stock and immediately answered every questions when I contacted them. Their price was reasonable.
This is a great company! I highly recommend them for any questions you may have regarding solar. It's hard to find honest and reputable people in the solar industry. They went above and beyond to help get my system back up and running. Jeremy was awesome to deal with! He helped get parts warrantied out and replaced. My technician, Javier did all the troubleshooting and installing on site. He was very courteous and thorough in his job. I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out.
