Their impossible contact. I’ve been trying for 3 months to contact them. NOTHING. Everything from a leak in the ceiling to equipment not working. Thanks Nathaniel Lingard for reaching out the other day:) It's nice to know that after everything is up and running, and bills have been paid, you're still checking up on us! Our panels have been up for four months now. We are very happy with solar production even though it's winter! We initially had a problem with a newly installed panel but Polaron Team came in and had that inverter changed in minutes. Smooth running since then. Still happy with Polaron Team. Good to know support is there when we need it!
We've had a smooth experience with Polaron since the onset. Michael Bautista and the team have been a fantastic help from the start. Michael has been a great contact point -- answering all my questions /emails quickly and thoroughly. We are at the installation phase and are very much looking forward to completing the next steps of the process. We currently collect water in a cistern system so adding solar was a logical next step for us. So happy we made the jump to solar and would highly recommend solar to anyone!
An excellent experience with Polaron, Tony Moore has been a fantastic help and contact point -- answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly, and helping us through the whole process. When first looking into it I spent months trying to find a catch, and 3 years in I can safely say there is none! These folks just love solar and want everyone to have it. Highly, highly recommended for anyone who is looking into solar!!
We have enjoyed the benefits of solar power for the past 1.5 years without interruption and are very happy with our decision to proceed with the program.
