I had an inverter replaced under warranty installed by a company that is no longer in business and HI Power did the work. The techs who came to install the new inverter were great, they were courteous and professional. I was still having issues with the system but this was because Solar Edge didn't properly process the new serial number to my residence. It was impossible for me to speak to anyone at Solar Edge so I called HI Power again. I was helped by Chase and he was very patient with me (I was frustrated and not being very nice at first). Chase was incredibly helpful and worked things out with Solar Edge and even walked me through how to get my Tesla Powerwall up and running.
It was really nice to speak to a human in this time when all that most companies offer is an AI chatbot.

We started exploring solar systems this past summer and obtained 4 estimates from different companies. HI-Power was competitive and their solar representative Cindy was very responsive and helpful. We signed the contract 2 months ago and had HeCo application, County DPP application and design completed within 2 weeks. They were very transparent on the entire process and we were happily surprised that HeCo processed the application in a timely manner. Installation was completed yesterday, within 2 months. Thank you to the entire team from initial planning with Cindy, Jason and Laneika to the installation team led by Rico the Electrical Forman, Electrical Helper Ezekiel, Roof lead Sam and Roof Helper Kaipo.
