I told the sales guy that I did not want a hard credit inquiry until I was ready to pull the trigger. He told me it would be a soft inquiry! I believed him until I got a notification right away from Equifax! I have cameras on my front porch where I specifically said MULTIPLE TIMES that I did not want a hard inquiry! This is absolutely unacceptable and unauthorized! All of this after I was hesitant to even go outside because I had a bad day! That he took an hour of my precious time with my child, now adding an hour to that time he stole with me having to dispute the inquiry. That is very crappy! When someone specifically says multiple times they don’t want a hard inquiry on their credit, don’t lie to them and do it anyway!
Sales guy came knocking at my door at 7pm, right as I’m trying to put my baby to sleep. Despite me expressing not being interested and that I was trying to put my baby to sleep, sales guy still continued to do his sales pitch. If you’re gonna try to make a sale, do it at a different time. Not at the end of the day.
It surprises me that this company has a great review when I have been decieved when sales people promise me that I would be saving money which later I find out that my solars are not producing 100% only 60% and I've been informed that I need more panels which means more money which already I have a high bill of the energy company that was suggested to use plus paying the loan for the solar panels which means paying tripled money than I was paying when I had electricity.
Very good service. The people at Ready Solar are friendly. They explained everything about the system before I purchased it. The installers were also well organized and knowledgeable. I recommend Ready Solar anytime anyone asks about my system.
