SolarSource Florida

While visiting a Home Improvement Expo, we decided to book consultations with two different solar installation companies. We had discussions with their sales representatives and received price estimates from both, but we were left with some questions unanswered. Wanting to make a well-informed decision, we reached out to a friend who had solar installed a few years back. He highly recommended a certain solar company. So, I picked up the phone and scheduled a meeting. To my amazement, the solar consultant, Cesar, who I spoke with was able to address all my queries confidently. A few days later, we had a meeting with Cesar. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. When it came to the cost, two out of the three quotes were quite similar. However, we chose this particular company mainly because of Cesar's knowledge, experience, and expertise in the field. The solar installation project was completed on schedule as promised. The team, including Austin, was always punctual, polite, and professional. They ensured that the worksite was neat and tidy before leaving each day. We're extremely satisfied with our decision to go with this Jacksonville-based company for our solar installation and we're looking forward to seeing a decrease in our energy bills in the coming months.

SolarSource Florida is the firm you should select for your solar system needs! We've also experienced the same door-to-door salespeople, wandering the neighborhood trying to sell solar systems. They often use aggressive sales tactics, despite having little understanding of how solar systems work or how to ensure the system chosen will suit your needs. I received quotes from 13 different companies before finally narrowing it down to SolarSource Florida. They support local businesses and contribute to American manufacturing. Our system has been operational for roughly a month and has eliminated our electricity bill! Our household is large, with two 4-ton AC systems, a swimming pool, and a Tesla, and our lowest electricity bill used to be over $350 a month, with the highest being over $750! We've already produced over 1.1MWh of energy from the system, averaging around 50KWh per day. We now have over 40 panels installed (380W each) with a new load center. To make the system blend in with the house, the combiner box was installed inside the garage. All conduit running from the roof to the combiner box was tactically placed out of sight and painted to match the house. A special mention goes to our salesman, Cesar, and the technicians, including Austin, who did an excellent job. Every step of the process, from system design (including the modifications I requested) to installation and activation, was seamless. There was always proactive communication from Cesar and Austin. Despite a minor delay due to weather, the installation resumed as scheduled, with communication updates at every step. Now, I check the enphase app on my phone daily and couldn't be happier with the decision we made. Seeing a zero balance on our electricity bill is a joy! The app allows me to monitor the production and usage in near real time, with updates every 15 minutes. If you're considering a solar system, look no further. venturing into the world of solar power for the first time can be a bit daunting, which was exactly my situation. i initiated my search for a solar company and installer in jacksonville, without much knowledge about solar panel sizes or the intricacies of nem2.0 and nem3.0. i was, however, sure of one thing - i wanted to support a local business rather than a large corporation. after spending several months researching, i discovered a company that stood out. on the day i requested information, austin, the sales representative, contacted me and arranged a face-to-face consultation for the following day. austin was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything in detail. he provided me with comprehensive information on how solar systems operate, how many panels my house would need, and what the installation process and timeline would look like. we chose to proceed with a 16-panel, 6.0 kw system. austin kept me informed throughout the entire paperwork and permit process. within a month, all necessary permits and approvals were secured, and the system installation was scheduled for just over a month later. although there was a slight hiccup with the original installation date due to a double booking, a new date was set for two weeks later. on the day of installation, the team, including cesar, arrived promptly, began their work on time, and completed by 2pm. they were professional and friendly, leaving the area neat and tidy post-installation. in the process, a few of my room tiles got damaged, but they promptly replaced them. they even repaired some of my cracked tiles as an extra service. the system was operational on the same day, although getting the pto took a little longer due to a backlog. in conclusion, i can't recommend this company enough for your solar needs. i've already suggested them to a friend who is also pleased with their system. despite a few minor hiccups along the way, the company's customer service was exceptional, with prompt responses to emails and phone calls.

This may be a comprehensive review, but it's certainly worth your time. Our selection of SolarSource Florida as our solar installer was predominantly influenced by Austin's thorough and professional demonstration. Our initial interaction was with Cesar, whose maturity and strong communication skills left an impressive first impression. Austin is a master of solar installation, he listened to our needs and delivered a proposal that was perfect for us. This marked the commencement of not only a remarkable installation journey but the opportunity to make friends along the way. Our solar set up was expected to be straightforward, however, our house is a century old and we also wanted to upgrade our main circuit breaker panel. No issue! Austin linked us up with an exceptional electrician who tackled the task without hesitation. The panel switch was scheduled and completed in one day. The solar installation and all the necessary electrical work were executed seamlessly. The level of coordination required by the solar team and county inspectors was immense, but the process was flawless. If you require solar installation, SolarSource Florida should be your go-to choice. Austin was involved in every step, overseeing his crew's progress and handling all the paperwork and approvals. Cesar's contribution to ensuring the system and tracking software were working properly was exceptional. The crew - true professionals yet genuinely pleasant individuals - paid attention to every detail, never appearing rushed. SolarSource Florida may be a small-scale business, but they deliver big-time. It was a satisfying experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to any of my friends. Well done and thank you.

If you find yourself in a similar situation, look no further than SolarSource Florida! From the start, I was honest about my needs and had numerous queries. I gained a comprehensive, easy-to-understand insight into what to anticipate, from projected savings to the installation process.
