At first, the experience seemed great—they arrived, worked quickly, and left. However, they also left debris behind, and my palm tree was damaged. The tree might have survived, but after they returned to fix issues nearly ten different times, it finally broke off completely, and the system is still not running. It has now been almost five months, and my system is still not reporting or functioning properly.
We had a horrible experience with the contractors. Our solar guy hired them and they drilled a hole into our wall. Not only that but they are known to damage different properties. My husband specifically told them not to open our garage door because it was broken and as soon as my husband left they still opened it up thinking the house was alone but I was home with my child. I went outside and told them my husband just told you guys not to open it and they said is ok we can manually close it. Not respecting the fact we said DO NOT OPEN IT. we noticed the hole in the wall and the broken garage door springs once they had left , they messed the entire wiring up as well.They never came back to fix this. Our solar guy paid for the costs of the repair but this contractors never refund the money. He obviously no longer uses them. This happened in San Diego , California . I would not suggest this contractor company to anyone , if you care about your home please watch out for this people :( and to top it off I had important meetings since I work from home and they had their music blasting the entire time they worked here also NOT respecting that I told them plenty of times that I work from home and so do my neighbors to please not have loud music on. Super dissatisfied with this company and it is very unfortunate because now I have a hole in my wall like many others that have worked with this company.

From the very beginning Action Solar was excellent. The representative Davon was very knowledgeable and informative in his presentation. We appreciate Action Solar’s patience with our difficult schedule. As far as scheduling they were on time and showed up when they said they would. The installer’s were neat and courteous and answered any questions we had. This was our first time dealing with a solar installation so we were anxious. All that went away after dealing with the whole Action Solar team.
The folks at Action Solar were deeply vested in our satisfaction. From start to finish, we found the employees to be motivated, efficient, and personable. Our system has been installed for more than a year and we are very pleased. I would recommend the company without hesitation for anyone wanting solar panels on their home or business.
