Had solar panels installed through a different company that ended up going out of business. My inverter got an error code and i needed my replacement installed. Solar energy solutions quickly communicated with me about what they needed to do, upfront pricing and estimated time of completion. The technician called ahead of time to let me know he could come early. Daniel was friendly and efficient, got done early, and took payment from his phone conveniently. Very pleased with this company over my last.Also worth noting another company I called to have them install my inverter was less responsive and estimated over $300 more than I paid with Solar Energy Solutions.
I was happy with the installation and service of Solar Energy Solutions. They keep you informed of whats going on and when its going to happen. The craftsmanship is top notch, it was a neat, clean installation. I was surprised ( and impressed) monrhs after the installation when we had bad weather headed our way that one of their guys called and made sure I knew how to set up the powerwall for the event. I give them an A rating for sure

SES finished installing our 33 panel, 13kW solar system in July. Patrick at SES answered all our questions and explained what the process was going to be during our first meeting. He sent us a proposal the same day. Michael, who was in charge of the installation, came with his crew on the day of the install and verified everything was done correctly. We like the panel arrangement, the inverter placement, and cabling through the attic. We are very pleased with the final installed system.
Solar Energy Solutions completed my solar panel installation on 6-15-22 as part of the Solar Over Louisville program. They were wonderful to work with! During the initial phase of the project, they took the time to carefully evaluate my location to ensure that it was a good fit for solar. They also made sure that I knew what to expect if I decided to go ahead. There was no pressure. Communication was clear and thorough. From the designer to the installers, people came when scheduled. Installers worked in 95 degree plus heat, and left the work area better than they found it. It truly could not have gone better. Very highly recommended!
