The installation crew that arrived to our house was very friendly and professional and not only did an exceptional job installing the solar equipment, but made sure we were satisfied and left our property very clean. Both the building inspector and the utility inspector told us that the installation was some of the highest quality work they had inspected and everything passed the inspection process quickly. I bought a house where Velocity had installed solar. I was not gonna be able to close in time without the help of these guys. The bank had requested documents that I did not have access to and these guys were quick to pull that for me in time. Later I called for help to see if I cud get monitoring on my system n Joe explained in detail. Thank you guys.
After 2 years of use I am very happy with the solar panels and a 16kw battery. With extra solar panels, I am ready for an EV car when the time comes. Sales support process accommodated all of my questions and request. Post-sale, installation, and web app done with excellent expectations.
