All Energy did a perfect install of my rooftop solar in Massachusetts. I primarily spoke with Asa and Carlo, and throughout the process, I felt well-informed. After having seen the system’s performance for the last two months, everything is producing as expected, and I’m incredibly happy with the install.Their price was also very fair for the quality REC panels I had put up.
They exceeded my expectations- where do I begin - looked at three different companies over a period of four years. I selected one vendor and reviewed their contract which was very one-sided. They did not warrantee or stand behind their product. The way All Energy solar did for 15 and 25 years. It’s important that you review contracts before you sign. You may be surprised at what you find that the contract protects them but not you. All Energy was mutual protective from my review.I also called the service departments before placing the order. They were very helpful. We also visited a local customer that had used the system and very supportive of All Energy! Ask for references and call the service department to make sure you have the best fit.ALL Energy sent somebody out to do a solar review and compare to the original quote. The person that came out was very professional and did everything he could to make me feel fully comfortable. My project manager, Carlos was very communicative both by phone and email. Project management is the key. Carlo is top notch!A few weeks later, I received design that was very clear and complete. They delivered the solar project-quicker then expected and work with me to get all local approvals.The construction was very good - I have a construction back ground and was very impressed the way the hid the cables in the attic. Right from the beginning, talking with David D'Onofrio, Regional Sales Manager, I knew this was the company we would go with. After researching and getting quotes from several other companies, All Energy gave me the best advice and has been the most responsive. Carlo Maloni, Northeast Project Manager, has been so responsive it feels like my project is the only one he has been dealing with. We ran into some luck with National Grid and their timeline for approvals was far quicker than normal, which was great. The install crew that came were. Great bunch of guys and had 38 panels up in 2 days including inspection by the electrical inspector. I highly recommend All Energy, especially if you’re in the Northeast.
Carlo and his team did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again. Carlo as project manager was responsive to all my questions and even provided regular status updates without being asked; even after the install completed. The installation team was flawless and completed the job earlier than expected. They were very professional and consulted with me on all equipment placements before starting. I feel their quality and workmanship was excellent. The system has been working perfectly for 4 months with zero issues. Electricity production has been excellent; and even somewhat higher than was predicted. Job well done!
