From start to finish, the whole experience was done with courtesy, competence and professionalism. Overall, the experience was unrelentingly positive from sales pitch to getting activated. Grayson Colarusso was always available if i had a question or concern, was as patient as stone and made sure I had understanding. They explained the process what i needed to do, and what they need to do, and then they did that. Strong recommend.
I just wanted to give my review on Trinity Solar. From the beginning I received a call about Solar needs and was rold by the sales rep about my roof being damaged and based on how old the house is it was time to change it out. I had an appointment with Jake D Distict manager from Trinity Solar and Roofing he took the time with me to go over all my options and physically show me what needed done in my roof and he took the time to explain each step of the process and was even able to take the model of my house and show me images of different roof colors and the options. On top of that he gave me a great deal on service and made me feel a highly valued customer from start to finish and a great resource for information. If you want to get roofing done and done right at great rates Jake D is your guy. Just got my roof done today by Ivan and his crew and they did an amazing job I feel like I have a brand new house. Very personable and caring of the work they did as if it was there own house. The cherry on top was the follow up call I received from Sam B from quality control he wanted to make sure everything went well with the install and I was very happy to share it exceeded my expectations. My words don't do it justice so shared an image of the work done. If you're looking for high quality work and care on your roofing needs you can't go wrong with Trinity Solar. Phenomenal job.
Was a great experience working with Justin and Kyle to install solar panels on our home. Justin did the initial sales pitch. Gave us all our options in a respectful way. No hard sell. From there; Kyle was with us every step of the way during the install, town and electric company inspections, and setting up apps until we went live and thereafter for a few weeks to be sure we were happy. We highly recommend Trinity Solar!
