I knew very little about solar until I set up a meeting with a Panasun representative. My interest in solar was driven by the ever increasing electric bills from the utility company. The Panasun representative spent a couple of hours with me explaining the process and benefits of switching to solar. I believed it to be the better option going forward and a contract was signed a few days later. The solar panels were delivered and the crew that installed them was very attentive at cleaning up after the install. Given the amount of packaging that came with the panels I expected to have to do some cleanup after the install. That was not the case, since the driveway and lawn area were spotless. The next day I found that the install crew had put all recyclable items from the packaging in my recycle bin. That's a plus. We are now waiting for one final inspection of the install in order to fire up the system. Overall, I am very pleased with my choice to hire Panasun for the project.

Thanks to Panasun, we now have solar installed and functioning for a minimal cost to us. It is a great feeling to get away from Duke Energy for the most part. Panasun Solar was great to work with. Sales Rep Gary was very thorough in explaining the whole process and the project scheduler Rachel kept us informed. They quickly resolved a hiccup (created by us) and were so nice about it. The installers were great too. They completed the job in one day and left the area spotless. We would highly recommend them.

So far the experience has been excellent. Everything has been going smoothly and just waiting final inspections before service gets activated. We had one issue with no electric to my pool equipment which Panasun resolved without me having to call an electrician, even though it was not related to their installation which I thought was very generous of them. Exceeded my expectations.
