PLEASE READ. PLEASE BEWARE. I would leave a 0 star if I could. They came to my grandma’s door and told her that they were “checking to make sure” that she got set up with a good deal (she signed previously with another solar company two weeks prior.) She noticed red flags instantly but they seemed nice so she let them in. Their salesmen said that they would give her “a better deal” and that they care about “her well being” and so forth. Well come to find out, once I talked with the previous solar company, that they are permit poaching and lying to “get a deal.”Once they left, I looked into them more and found out they are a completely different company from the company that actually installs. In Florida, you have to be a direct 1099 independent contractor of the actual installation company or it’s completely illegal! Their “leasing Company” they use has 1.15 stars on the BBB!!! Above all they had her sign a “Right to Cancel” document which I found out after, that it protects THEM if the previous solar company tries charging cancellation fees and so forth!!! That violates Florida’s Tortious Interference laws which states a contractor can’t interfere with another contractor’s agreements. They said they would “Take Care” of the cancellation fees, but I found out they just BUILD IT IN THE LEASE.We will never make this mistake again. They are NOT BBB Accredited, they permit poach, and they are just a sub dealer for an installer. Buyers Beware.
We both are very pleased with Solar Near Me. Fraymi Navarro knew what he was talking about and explained everything so we understood. Fraymi was so patient with us sense we had lots of questions. We really enjoyed his expertise with his computer skills that he helped us with some of the paper work. He has a fantastic personality and sense of humor that eases everyone's nerves. Jan also was very helpful to us and she explained things to us over the phone. She also has a great personality and enjoyed talking to her. Your company hired two fabulous people.

I’m leaving a four star review at this time because Solar near Me has been keeping me up-to-date on progress and once the project is complete. I am sure I will be completely satisfied and will leave a five star review upon completion of the installation of the solar panels and the service that I have received so far. All the people involved in communications with me at this point have been wonderful. They understand that I am a picky person about communications and won’t back down on anything.
