I am sending a five star Kudos to the awesome Independent team, (Vince, Brett & Micah) who found a resolution to a matter I have been trying to get fixed since December 2025. It took the initiative of one phone call! I would like also to commend the installers and the girls in the office that made the process of installation run so smoothly. They all kept me informed what was scheduled to happen and when.
Wow I only have great things to say about my solar and James Cambell my sales rep. First I was skeptical about solar in the first place. He assured me that we were getting the best product out there and there was a 9 thousand dollar tax rebate if the job was completed by the end of the year. I have had my system for 2 months and my bills were negative 5 and negative 4 dollars. I know that doesn’t sound like much but I was paying APS upwards of 150 to 225 per month before installation. I am ecstatic to see how the year unfolds. Thanks again to everyone from sales to installation everything was simply awesome
Jesse was my sales rep absolutely wonderful quick response times always available to answer Any questions concerns needs or request night or day. System works great no complaints. He recommended the right Amount of solar panels I am not only paying less, but actually making money on my system. Would highly recommend Jesse he knows what he is talking about and the customer service could not be replaced with anyone better.
Independent Solar was awesome and on time. The crew did a fantastic job installing the panels and installing the electrical boxes. Very neat and tidy wiring. Brett was on the ball with everything from paper work to activation. Always responded to any questions I had and once the meter was set from the power company he personally came out to start the system. Very happy with them and would recommend them highly.
