I trust these guys more than any other company with a solar install. This was a challenging project, and made significantly harder by NVE, but SP was there with me the whole way through. Everyone I worked with was competent and friendly, and they worked with me to get the system I wanted. The installers went above and beyond, and they spent the necessary time getting this across the finish line despite it not being particularly easy or profitable project. They use good quality products including racking systems. Further, the owner is the only solar representative I saw at any of the PUCN proceedings on changes to the net billing tariffs. This should tell you they clearly care and are mission driven. They also seem to treat their employees well from what I can tell. Highly recommend. Thank you to all SPS folks who got this system installed.

We had originally started with a different solar installer, but when expectations weren't getting met, we called up Sean and SPS team and it was seamless project end-to-end. They are easy to communicate with, and the project was completed within the desired timeframe. If you want a solar install, I'd highly recommended working with them.

This company is incompetent and left covers off inverters, didn't run loads to loads panel, never wired battery backup load panel, left open junction boxes with wires hanging out, left breakers out of the main. They are now refusing to finish the job by not running loads to the loads panel. I have to hire another company to finish their work on a PPA leased system. Simple Power abandoned us and left a mess to clean up at our expense. They sent 7 crews who never knew what the other crew didn't do and didn't care to bother to look. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR LOAD PANEL. INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!
