Harassing, 2 weeks and they’ve come to my house 4 times after we have expressed disinterest. They were at our home just 3 days ago, I explained to the salesman that I still wasn’t interested because I would be having a newborn soon, I gave birth the next day, returned home the day after, and the day after that (a Saturday too) the salesman returned asking us if we “thought about it.” We also posted a large private property sign that he blatantly ignored within those 3 days. Scam company, nothing they say adds up.
I wish I would have researched this company prior to purchasing the Solar Panels. I went into this purchase with some knowledge of what I wanted but I relied on the salesperson to explain the rebates and financing part of the contract since they were the ones that were knowledgeable in this aspect. My rep, Sam Munoz explained that I would receive a rebate from CPS for approximately $2500 and when I filed my taxes that year I would receive the remaining rebate of $11k and that I could pay that towards my loan or use as I would like. I didn't see a problem with paying the amount towards my loan and went ahead and signed the contract. This information was very misleading. Because when I filed my taxes that first year, I only received $3000 and after speaking to my accountant they stated that I did receive a credit rebate but it was up to $11k, depending on your filing status and other tax requirements. Sam also asked if I had anyone that I would refer his business to and if they got solar panels I would get a $500 referral bonus after they got their panels installed. I signed the contract in Oct. 2022 and I sent Sam several messages requesting the rebate information be sent in writing with the referral bonus information. He would always state he would get it to me and never did. He also stated the install would take 3 months and from the initial signing of the contract to actually getting the panels installed was a total of 7 months. It has now been more than year and half and I never received the $11k that I was told I would get after filing my taxes and never received the $500 referral bonus after I referred my niece and she got the solar panels installed in her home. I have reached out to Sam Munoz numerous times and to Casey Lopez the owner about this and have never received a response. My last correspondence with Sam was October 2023 and he never responded to me about the referral program which they called an ambassador program. When I contacted Casey Lopez at that time, he said Sam Munoz was a contractor and would not honor what Sam promised. He said Sam was still contracted by him part time and would get back to me. It is now February 2024 and have never received a response from them. I would have appreciated for Sam to be honest and not give false information about the rebates and if they needed referral business, just ask and not be deceptive in their ways. As for the owner, Casey Lopez, he also never returned my calls and seemed not to care about the whole situation. I would not recommend this company for their ways of tricking people into contracts and not being up front.
I had a great experience with Delta Solar Power! Dylan was super informative and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. He was not pushy like other solar companies I have encountered in the past. Very satisfied with the customer service I received and would recommend Delta to anyone!

Six months ago I purchased a house and I always have the idea to put solar panels in my new house. Finally I decided to make the decision to do it and Sam was the one the help me with all my questions and help me to make the right decision on what is what I need for my house. His so professional and make you feel comfortable, not a pushy guy, that’s what I like the most! Thank you and ask for Sam if you decide to install a solar panels in your house.
