Wanted to share how elated and happy I am with Solar Gain. My system was installed back in 2017 by a different company. The company since then went out of business and recently my solaredge Inverter failed. Solaredge RA it and sent me a new one, but I was on my own to find a new Installer. Reach out to many solar companies and they gave me all kinds of excuses why they couldn't help. I finally came across Solar Gain and called them. I got a prompt call back from Burton (Solar Gain ) who listen to me about my situation and was willing help me out. Burton got my situation resolve in about 20 minutes the same day when all other solar companies push me off and wasn't willing to help me. Had them put Solar Panels on our roof a few years back. They were professional through the whole process and made it very easy. Thoroughly enjoy our system, and they have continued to support the system even after the installation. Due to a change with one of the hardware companies, the system recently stopped communication with the monitoring software, but solar gain has continued to trouble shoot in order to fix it as fast as they can. Definitely appreciate all the help John!
